You saw them mesmerize the crowd at the 2015 Cup O Joy Benefit Concert... last December they came to for an intimate Christmas show.

Cloverton gave Leonard Cohen's timeless classic "Hallelujah" a Christmas makeover last year and the result is a truly moving cover. The boys take Cohen's iconic melody and infuse it with lyrics chronicling the birth of Jesus Christ. This song hits an emotional chord as vocalist Lance Stafford gives it his all.

CELLO FURY - 2 Shows
Friday, 10/14/2016

CELLO FURY:   Three classically trained cellists from PA, performing high-energy original music in venues ranging from concert halls to rock clubs. Appealing to a wide audience across age groups and musical interests sets Cello Fury apart from your average rock band.  Cello Fury fans will get to hear the band perform as a cello trio for these two special shows, which include Cello Fury jamming with a rock orchestra featuring string students from local schools!

Cello Fury review by: Sarah Wilson
Simon Cummings, Ben Munoz and Nicole Myers are the three who make up the Cello section of the Fury. Simply put? They are amazing. I've said it before but I never fail to be surprised at the wide variety of sound the instruments can create. And more? How very NOT cheesy it all is in the end!
Seeing them live is an experience for sure. And not just for the flash-which there is with lots of hair tossing, cello spinning and I'm having more fun than anything on earth; faces pulled, but it's the music that will really blow you away. Fast and furious with the cellists standing, running bows across strings at blinding speed. Or sitting, plucking out an amazing intricate tunes with their fingers on four strings. All the while? Making you want to move!

REMEDY DRIVE w/The Ordinary
Saturday, 11/05/2016

Indie rock band Remedy Drive released a concept album on freedom called Commodity. Freedom – the cry from the depths is the theme of an entire album – imagined through lyric, melody and sonic landscape. A concept album for liberty, to shine a light on slavery, to protest oppression and to empower rescue. We want to add to the soundtrack of the resistance.

NEW CD:
Hope's Not Giving Up is a collection of our favorite songs from 2006-2012.  They are re-imagined in 2016.  New recordings.  New vocals.  New arrangements.  Remedy wanted to give these songs a new life in a time where hope at 110DB is more needed than ever.  Philip Zach, Dave's younger brother and founding member of the band, produced the album at the grid studio in Lincoln, NE

Here is an interview where David Zach (lead singer), talks about the outreach of the music:

with Special Guests: THE ORDINARY:  is an indie rock band with a message Of hope. The group wants to be used to make a difference in our world.  Based on the idea  that change comes from the actions of everyday people.

Show 7:30 (doors open 7pm). PreShow MeetnGreet with the band for Early birds 6:30-7pm.

GINNY OWENS w/Antonio Salerno
Friday, 11/11/2016

Ginny Owens became a household name as the Gospel Music Association’s 2000 New Artist of the Year. Growing in notoriety as both a singer and a songwriter, winning 3 Dove awards and multiple ASCAP Awards along the way, Owens has sold over a million records over the course of her career. A top performer on the Christian radio charts with hits like “If You Want Me To,” “Free” and “I Wanna Be Moved” among others.

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Owens discovered melodies on the piano before she could complete a sentence. As her vision began to leave her eyes–a degenerative eye condition left Ginny completely blind by age three–songs began to emerge from her fingertips, providing a window into the world for Owens. Despite her physical challenge, the illustrious songstress pursued a career in music. Her unique musical style and inspirational lyrics have transcended genre definition, endearing her to Christian and mainstream listeners alike to afford her audiences at the White House, the Sundance Film Festival, Lilith Fair and a rare performance at the 60th Annual National Day of Prayer in Washington, D.C.

JEAN WATSON CHRISTMAS w/David Britton
Friday, 12/02/2016

Internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter and classically trained violinist Jean Watson began her career as a Christian recording artist after having experienced the depths of brokenness and depression. It was her own brokenness that infused her music with such beauty and compassion.

Since that time, Jean’s voice and testimony of God's grace and healing have touched thousands of lives around the world. She has recorded seven albums to date including her latest CD, “Steady My Gaze” featuring Grammy nominated producer Billy Smiley, guitar virtuoso Phil Keaggy, and John Ellis of ‘Tree63’.

with DAVID BRITTON:

World-class Baritone and Nashville recording artist, David Britton, brings a unique sound to his audiences, by blending his big voice with a signature orchestral rock instrumentation.   Over the past couple of years, Britton has emerged onto the scene with albums which take full advantage of both the classical training as well as the rock style creating music that is at times both intimate and grandiose.

David began studying classical voice at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, where he discovered a love for opera and art song. He made his Carnegie Hall debut in New York, as Townsend Harris in The Dawn of Japan by Toroku Takagi with the Orchestra of St. Luke’s. With more than twenty roles in David’s catalogue, highlights include his well-received interpretations of Mozart’s Count Almaviva (Marriage of Figaro), and Don Giovanni.

Special Treat:  Billy Smiley from Whiteheart will be coming as part of the band that supports this Christmas Show!
